Sports Strength and Conditioning

We  offer Semi-Private Training packages for all sports, ages and experience levels! Our team of highly qualified Strength Coaches will design a comprehensive training program that is tailored to meet the specific needs of your athletes based on their sport, age, experience, skill level and training goals! Gain an edge on your competition and reduce the risk of injury, while building valuable team comradery! 

Our training sessions are broken up into 3 types of groups

* 5th-8th Grade

* Girls

* Advanced 

In each of these groups we offer Off-Season,Pre-Season,and In-Season Training.

Strongman Training

 Strongman training is one of the hottest trends in professional Strength and Conditioning, athletic training and fitness. Sadly, it’s also one of the most incorrectly used and taught. We frequently see poor technique being used, and while this might not be too bad with certain exercises, it is a totally different story with Strongman! Whether you want to compete, or add some variety to your training, come to the Strongman at New Breed.

 Whether you train for fun or to become The World’s Strongest Man, New Breed is the facility for you. We have a knowledgeable and experienced staff of competitive strongmen/strongwomen who can teach you tips and tricks to help improve your event training.  

Personal Training


Our Personal Training program offers fantastic one-on-one exercise guidance at competitive prices. These packages are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being. Following your initial consultation, interview and body composition reports and analysis, your progress is carefully tracked over the course of your training program with periodic reevaluations to ensure that you are progressing at an appropriate pace toward meeting your ultimate fitness goals.
